| Best tip I can give Jake is try and work out with someone, It pains me to say it but watching Pepe and the others, makes it easier for me to do it, plus its a good laugh watching Pepe scream
Hows your training going Bujj?
Pepe and me are still training away and have made some big jumps over the past week Pepes PB has gone up 21kg's to 171kgs/377 pounds and I've got my PB up 31kg's to 156kg/340 pounds in the Dead lift
We also decided to see home much we could clean and jerk the other night, Pepe got 71 kgs and i got 61kg, doesnt sound much compaired to the deads but we usually only lift 46kgs

| i've got a york 14kg bell, they're over sized for some things such as clean etc, but great for developing one and two handed swing, cheap as chips though, and probably the best doorstop ever, imo a great buy
i had my ECG, turns out the doctors just a drib when it comes to hearing, my heart works ( i actually have one omg)
Got my two day audition at kneller hall tomorrow, but no way am i missing my kettlebell class
