| Lol, don't get excited lads ! These are two shots of Beejal/Beej/Bee (my girlfriend) that were taken in my bedroom against my red wall (obviously), I'm actually really happy with the outcome, let me know what you think. Sam. | |

| Yes and no, I'm actually thinking to change it up a lil bit now, I'm looking to wallpaper it up a bit and create a little mini studio. I'm glad you like the shots mate. | |

| I want to do a shoot with Monika but my wall is off White. What could i use as a back drop for colour other than painting. A drape or something... Hmm | |

| Mate, there's nothing wrong with off white, you can still achieve the same shots with any colour wall, what would make Monika stand out a lot more is the outfits she chooses to wear, the poses and above all the lighting, as long as you've got bright lights you wont need your flash, my settings were:
Shutter Speed: 1/200 second Aperture: F/3.5 Focal Length: 22 mm ISO Speed: 100
I used my flashgun, but thats because the lighting in my room is total shit lol, and she wasn't prepared either, I had a rather informal meeting last night with Neil, and we went for dinner, before we left I told her to get against the wall lol and that was that, but yeah as long as you've got bright surroundings you'll be fine.
If you dont want to use a wall, if you've got patterned curtains you can use those?
Hope that helped mate ! | |

You'll get used to it. You can learn a lot about your own point and shoot digi cam from all this, and if its got a Manual Mode, then you can try this stuff out yourself ! | |

| Haha, thanks buddy, you should see what you can come up with, you don't need an SLR to take good shots! I still need to post up some of my original shots, that I took with a standard point and shoot camera.. But I'm glad you thought of me mate !
