How to fix chat volume

cheers very helpfull, but i feel really stupid that i didnt notice the chat volume setting at the main manue

erm... what chat volume problem?

jcb after one of the recent updates it reset the chat volume for some reason so we've all had chat up max on headsets and still struggling to hear each other at times.

i am not aware of such a problem. or maybe i just couldn't tell cos i can adjust chat volume independently.
