Black Ops almost leaked earlier this week, and created drama for several individuals. Called "Blackgate" by one man who found himself tangled up in the mess, we've put together a breakdown of exactly what happened after reviewing all of the tell-all videos posted up on .
So a man who calls himself "Computer Healer" (who we'll identify as CH going forward) learned that an actual legit disc for Call of Duty: Black Ops was near his area in New Orleans. After reviewing information on the disc at a Xbox 360 piracy related site, CH reached out to see what he could do to buy the copy. The person in possession of the disc was looking for donations before he'd release it, and CH decided that he'd pay whatever price it took to get it before anyone else. After settling on a price, DH made a two hour trip to pick it up, although not too long after things went south.

According to CH, after picking up the disc from an associate of a user named "Ungodly" and then "taking care of business", he drove home and slept after charging up his cell phone. When CH woke up the next day he immediately became aware that several people were looking for him, including representatives of Treyarch and an investigation agency hired by Activision called IP Cybercrime. He also found himself being followed by a tinted out vehicle.

Long story short, CH ultimately handed off the copy to a Treyarch courier after getting in minimal playtime with it. It turns out that the Xbox "scene" was expecting him to leak the game, but CH claims that he wouldn't have copied it for anybody except of course for maybe a few friends that he knew wouldn't leak the game to anyone else. Ungodly and several others are being investigated at the moment by the FBI according to DH, but he claims innocence on his end of any intent to leak the game to the masses.

this is exactly the same as what happened with MW2. they should armed guards around all of the storage warehouses and printing presses so no-one can steal copies and pirate them.
