You need to understand that mass is proportional to volume. We know this as the densities of the two solids are the same (it says they are made from the same material).
Area scale factor is 25 : 9
Length scale factor is 5 : 3 (square root)
Volume scale factor is 125 : 27 (cube)
Multiply the volume ratio by 4 as 500 divided by 125 = 4
Answer: 108 grams (4 marks)
