how can i get my mw2 trophies back?

a whyle ago when the fat ps3s fucked up i hadnt gon online for 3weeks and in that 3 weeks i did most the mw2 trophies, but when the ps3 thing was fixed i tryed getting my trophies back and they didnt come back as i hadnt been online to synck them to the ps3 surfa thingy.
so now when i go on the game it shows iv completed campain on the hardest mode but my trophys dont show it
is there a way i can get them back

Delete game data (THAT IS NOT THE SAVE DATA) install again then resync trophies, worked for me

I remember they were talking about the trophies and think there gone mate i lost a few as well just one of those things mate its not like they really mean anything at the end of the day
