| Kickboxer was probs my favourite movie, but a lot Van Damme movies are pretty much the same, just a different chick, but hes the usual police officer or army soldier seeking some level of revenge or something.
Anything Eastern beats Western Martial Arts imo.

Because Tony jaa, trains muay thai which is a fighting technique which i think was invented in thailand, and is the most popular sport there, the things they do to train are mind blowing, at a young age they train by kicking things such as tree trunks/metal poles a few times a day, and this helps strengthen the bones on your legs, at a later age they train by kicking bamboo shoots up to 1000 times a day, well im not really sure if its a thousand times, but the professionals train by kicking it 1000 times a day, just like in the movie kickboxer, Van damme trains muay thai and there was a part in the film where he kicks a tree trunk, and then forces himself to break the trunk thus also breaking his leg, and basically as i said before, it just helps strengthen your leg, as it weakens your bones, but then they heal back stronger.
