Subject: Freeruning <3 Thu 22 Jul - 0:21
Well, basically i am a freerunner in training, cant do much except the basics (Backflip, frontflip, wall flip, kong etc.) Just watching videos on YoutTube inspire me to go out and do some freeruning, The downside is that My gymnastics club if all the way in east London which is a 2 hour train ride, Meaning i can't usually go there and practice & learn new flips etc, And then i got my A levels nxt year. Peak times for me . Anyway For those of you who dont know what Freeruning/Parkour is -

some of them moves are awesome tho, i cant even do a front flip without nearly breakin my neck

I can do a front flip just about not to hard though.

Ye basicbaally it just fear that holds you back, for me i basically have no fear, iver gotten over all of mine, the front flip was easy, the backflip i got two mates to spot me (to help me rotate) and did the same for the wallflip, the other stuff just lernt from youtube vids, it really helps if you got mates that u can do it with

i use to do it when i was verry little :') when i was about 7 i use to be able to run up a wall and do a doubble flip off the wall and land it. sadly i cant do it now still got a few skills but no like they where
